Shipping and Delivery

LIVING CRAFTS also favours environmentally-friendly methods when it comes to shipping and handling. Within Germany, we work with DHL GoGreen, thus supporting the use of alternative fuels and vehicles to transport goods. We stand for the reduction of CO2 emissions and support other environmental projects of GoGreen.

Within Germany, our S&H charge per order is Euros 5.95.

Any import duties or customs raised in other European countries are borne by the customer.

Regrettably, LIVING CRAFTS is not able to send goods poste restante or to post office boxes. We thank you for your understanding.

Delivery
Usually, you will receive your goods within 3 to 5 workdays. In case of a delay, please contact LIVING CRAFTS right away. If you desire a faster delivery, please select DHL Express when placing your order (there is a Euros 29.00 extra charge) to receive the goods by 12:00 noon the following day (except for Sundays). Please note that the express delivery option only applies to Germany.
